Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a senior talent acquisition leader to drive the Digital Infrastructure recruiting for a fast-growing organization. You will build and scale a high-performance recruiting team, partner with executives, and implement data-driven processes to sustain aggressive growth.

You will lead efforts to design scalable talent acquisition systems, leverage AI tools to improve signals, and ensure hiring outcomes meet Crusoe's standards of speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition with leadership roles.
• Experience building/scaling recruiting functions in high-growth environments.
• Ability to use data/analytics to diagnose funnel performance and forecast risk.
• Managed managers and developed recruiting leaders.
• Operated in both scaled companies and startups with significant headcount growth.
• Built repeatable processes and scalable systems without over-engineering.
• Partnered with finance, engineering, and executives across levels.
• Acted with urgency, ownership, and accountability for hiring outcomes.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI tools applied to recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition for Digital Infrastructure, aligning roadmaps with business priorities.
• Build and scale a recruiting team focused on speed, quality, and consistency.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define roles, calibration, and accountability for outcomes.
• Evolve the model to balance velocity with consistency and proactive hiring.
• Improve intake, workflow, and decision processes to remove bottlenecks.
• Translate demand into structured hiring plans and identify talent gaps and risks.
• Use data/analytics to diagnose funnel performance and drive improvements.
• Adopt AI, automation, and modern recruitment tools to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with other recruiting leaders to ensure cohesive hiring plans.
• Ensure hiring leaders, candidates, and teams experience recruiting as fair and aligned.
