10X Health System seeks a Senior Media Buyer to lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital platforms. You will manage media investments, identify opportunities to reach target audiences, and translate performance insights into actionable spend decisions and strategy.

The role requires platform expertise, strong customer-behavior insights, and the ability to guide long-term marketing strategy with measurable growth. Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing AdWords, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Current Google AdWords Certification strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns from concept to launch.
• Provide ongoing campaign performance insights to stakeholders.
• Define and monitor paid media KPIs.
• Build media buys across platforms and manage day-to-day execution.
• Analyze customer journey to improve future conversions.
• Oversee paid media budget and structure.
• Conduct keyword research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
• Define metrics and forecast growth and engagement.
• Utilize HubSpot to enhance customer service and retention.
• Run beta tests and establish SOPs before wider rollout.
• Make investment recommendations to stay competitive.
