Church Mutual in Milwaukee is seeking an IT Development Manager – Digital Experience & Workflow Platforms to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of customer, agent, employee, and workflow-based technology solutions. You will manage a team of software engineers, technical leads, business analysts, and testers delivering modern digital experiences and automated workflows.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development or application engineering experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing development teams.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale web, portal, workflow, or customer-facing apps.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
