Job summary

Church Mutual Insurance Company seeks an IT Quality Assurance & Engineering Manager in Merrill, Wisconsin, to lead quality strategy and governance across IT. You will manage a team of QA analysts and test engineers, defining objectives, KPIs, and automation initiatives to ensure reliable, secure software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years in QA/quality engineering.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing QA/test teams.
• Experience establishing enterprise testing standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Engineering strategy, standards, and roadmap across IT.
• Mentor a team of QA analysts, test engineers, and QA professionals.
• Develop KPIs, improve defect prevention, and drive automation adoption.
• Partner with DevOps, Security, and business stakeholders across projects.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, performance and security testing.
