Aon plc seeks a transformative Director for Digital Experience and Web Platforms Technology in Washington, DC. You will own strategy, roadmap, delivery, and operational excellence for Aon.com and related web technologies, leading a global team of product managers, architects, and engineers.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of leadership for enterprise web platforms or customer-facing applications.
• Deep knowledge of Sitecore and related digital technologies.
• Experience building roadmaps, architecture strategies, and modernization programs for large digital platforms.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery expertise and engineering best practices.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams through digital transformation and platform modernization.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute multi-year technology roadmap for Aon.com and supporting web technologies.
• Lead a global team of product managers, architects, developers, and engineers.
• Establish and mature Agile product delivery practices and backlog management.
• Drive engineering excellence through DevOps, automation, and reliable platforms.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Data teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
