Aon plc in the United States is seeking a visionary Director of Digital Experience and Web Platforms Technology to lead the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of Aon.com and associated web technologies.

You will build a high-performing global team, mature Agile practices, and partner with Marketing, Brand, and Sales to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions while ensuring security and enterprise alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise web platforms or digital experience technologies.
• Solid Sitecore and related digital tech knowledge.
• Experience roadmapping architecture and modernization for large digital platforms.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and operating models.
• Experience leading distributed teams through digital transformation.
• Knowledge of web integration across CRM, marketing, analytics, identity, and enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled digital experiences and content automation is preferred.
• Ability to build, scale, and develop high-performing technology teams.
• Strong business relationship management and executive influence.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Aon's digital experience platforms.
• Partner with Marketing, Communications, Brand, and Sales to translate needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Lead evolution of the digital platform ecosystem including Sitecore and personalization.
• Build and develop a global team of PMs, architects, developers, and engineers.
• Establish Agile practices: Scrum, backlog, releases, sprints, continuous improvement.
• Drive engineering excellence, governance, DevOps, automation, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Data teams.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
