Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a digital experience technology leader to own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and operational excellence of Aon.com and related web technologies. You will partner with Marketing, Communications, Brand, and Sales to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise web platforms, strong Sitecore expertise, and proven leadership of global teams.

Qualifications

10+ years leading enterprise web platforms, digital experience technologies, or customer-facing applications.
Solid experience with Sitecore and related digital experience technologies and languages.
Experience developing technology roadmaps, architecture strategies, and modernization programs for large-scale digital platforms.
Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies, product operating models, and engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the multi-year technology roadmap for Aon.com, aligning with business, marketing, brand, and client experience objectives.
Serve as primary technology partner to Marketing, Communications, Brand, and Sales, translating business needs into scalable tech solutions.
Lead evolution of digital platform ecosystem, including Sitecore, CMS, personalization, UX, search, analytics, integrations, and AI capabilities.
Build and develop a high-performing global team of product managers, architects, developers, scrum masters, and engineers.
Establish and mature Agile product delivery practices: Scrum, backlog management, release planning, sprints, continuous improvement.
Drive engineering excellence through modern development practices, platform governance, DevOps, automation, and reliability.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Data teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
Manage strategic vendor relationships and technology investments balancing innovation with business priorities.
