Aon plc is seeking a technology leader to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Aon.com and related web platforms. You will build a global engineering organization and establish Agile practices while partnering with Marketing, Brand, and Sales to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

This role requires 10+ years in enterprise web leadership, strong Sitecore experience, and a proven ability to lead distributed teams through digital transformation.

Competenze

• 10+ years leading enterprise web platforms or customer-facing applications.
• Solid Sitecore experience and related digital platforms.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps and modernization programs.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery and engineering best practices.
• Experience leading distributed teams through digital transformation.
• Knowledge of web integration patterns across CRM, analytics, identity, and enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled digital experiences and content automation.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing technology teams.
• Strong business relationship management and executive influence.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and executive presence.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the multi-year technology roadmap for Aon.com.
• Be the primary technology partner to Marketing, Communications, Brand, and Sales.
• Lead the evolution of the digital platform ecosystem (Sitecore, WCM, personalization, search, analytics, integrations).
• Build and develop a high-performing global team of PMs, architects, developers, and engineers.
• Establish and mature Agile product delivery practices (Scrum, backlog, release planning).
• Drive engineering excellence with platform governance, DevOps, automation, and reliability.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Data teams.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and technology investments.
