Qualifications
- 10+ years of leading enterprise web platforms or digital experience tech.
- Strong Sitecore and related digital experience tech knowledge.
- Roadmap, architecture, and modernization experience for large platforms.
- Deep Agile/Scrum delivery, operating models, and engineering best practices.
- Experience leading distributed teams through digital transformation.
- Knowledge of integration patterns across CRM, analytics, and identity.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled digital experiences and personalization.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery and operational excellence of Aon.com and related web tech.
- Partner with Marketing, Communications, Brand and Sales to translate needs into scalable solutions.
- Lead evolution of the digital platform ecosystem including Sitecore, search, analytics and AI features.
- Build and mentor a global team of PMs, architects, developers, scrum masters and engineers.
- Establish mature Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement.
- Drive DevOps, automation, governance, and reliability across platforms.
- Collaborate with EA, Infra, Security and Data to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
- Manage strategic vendors and technology investments balancing innovation and debt.
