Aon plc is seeking a Director of Digital Experience and Web Platforms Technology to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Aon.com and related web technologies. You will lead a global team and partner with Marketing, Communications, Brand, and Sales to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

The role requires a deep background in Sitecore, digital platforms, and Agile leadership, with a focus on modern engineering practices, security, and enterprise alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise web platforms and digital experience technologies.
• Strong Sitecore expertise and related technologies.
• Experience roadmapping, architecture strategies, and modernization programs for large-scale digital platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery and engineering best practices.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing technology teams.
• Strong business relationship management and executive engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year technology roadmap for Aon.com aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with Marketing, Communications, Brand, and Sales to translate needs into scalable tech.
• Lead evolution of digital platform ecosystem including Sitecore, personalization, search, analytics.
• Build and develop a global team of product managers, architects, developers, scrum masters, and engineers.
• Establish mature Agile product delivery practices and DevOps for reliability.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Data teams.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and technology investments.
• Ensure security, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards.
