Job summary

Takeda's Digital Experience & Engagement team seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery of employee-facing digital products that elevate the work experience and support organizational transformation.

You will partner with technology, data, and design, develop and own product roadmaps, translate priorities into clear requirements, define outcomes and KPIs, and drive the lifecycle from ideation to adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or enterprise digital product delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale, employee-facing platforms.
• Strong stakeholder communication, strategic planning, Agile, CX/UI/UX knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own product roadmaps.
• Translate business priorities into clear requirements.
• Define outcomes and KPIs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including technology, data, and design, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align product vision with corporate goals and facilitate workshops for discovery and prioritization.
• Drive product lifecycle from ideation to adoption, ensuring alignment with architecture standards.
