We are seeking a Head of Digital & Demand Generation to own the full acquisition funnel for PRIMA, our sub retinal implant program, spanning digital and offline channels, lifecycle marketing, and marketing operations in a lean, high-ownership

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience owning acquisition across both digital and offline channels; not a pure digital role.
• Strong analytical foundation with data-driven decision making.
• Experience navigating regulatory constraints on healthcare marketing.

Aufgaben

• Own patient acquisition strategy and execution across channels (paid digital, advocacy partnerships, community outreach, physician relationships).
• Design and execute clinical-trial recruitment campaigns across geographies.
• Own HCP acquisition strategy, conferences, KOL programs, and digital channels for implant centers.
• Build and optimize lifecycle infrastructure from signup to consultation and implant.
• Own communications and lifecycle marketing for patient, caregiver, and physician segments.
