Job summary

Penn-Mar Human Services in Freeland, MD is seeking a Director of Tech Adoption & Data Enablement to lead organization-wide efforts to leverage technology and data in service of the people we support.

You will partner with HR, Learning & Development, Marketing and operations to build digital and data skills, govern data, and deliver actionable dashboards and insights.

This hybrid, full-time role offers a starting salary of $110,000–$130,000 plus a strong benefits package and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, business administration, organizational leadership, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership in technology adoption, organizational change, enterprise applications, data and analytics, enabling technology, or digital transformation.
• Experience coaching managers, leading cross-functional initiatives, and aligning multiple programs around shared organizational goals.
• Ability to explain technology, data, privacy, and security to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and change efforts to embed tools and practices into daily work.
• Partner with HR, Learning & Development, Marketing & Communications, supervisors, and leaders to build digital and data skills.
• Develop training approaches for teams with varying levels of technology and data proficiency.
• Measure adoption, user experience, and the value of technology investments.
• Coordinate data from Penn-Mar's business applications into a governed business intelligence platform.
• Lead data governance operations including ownership, stewardship, definitions, data quality, sources, and access.
• Ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, secure, understandable, and used by leadership and departments.
• Define questions, KPIs, validation, refresh schedules, and promote data literacy.
