Job summary

JLL is seeking a senior leader to build and run a future-fit Infrastructure Development Tools organization. The role drives the strategy for tooling across OS, containers, source code, and CI/CD, and partners with Infrastructure and Applications teams to deliver resilient, scalable platforms.

The candidate will champion automation, governance, and performance metrics while guiding a teams of engineers through transformative technology initiatives that support JLL’s enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with Development Tools; 5+ years in a leadership role in cloud/advanced networks.
• Proven ability to lead strategic infrastructure initiatives and manage large-scale IT programs.

Responsibilities

• Own Development Tools portfolio including Observability, OS, Containers, Source Code, and Pipelines.
• Define and execute a vision for Infrastructure Development aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Improve engagement models for Infrastructure services and optimize digital employee experience.
• Drive automation, observability, and a modern, resilient hybrid cloud strategy.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Infrastructure, Applications, and IT governance bodies.
• Develop talent strategies to upskill and retain staff amid AI and automation shifts.
• Define objectives, KPIs, and measurable outcomes to prove value of Development Tools.
