Job summary

JLL seeks a Head of Infrastructure Development to shape the enterprise infrastructure strategy and lead modernization across cloud, on‑premises, and edge environments. You will drive governance, standards, and performance metrics while partnering with senior IT and business leaders.

You will build a resilient, immutable infrastructure, lead talent development, and deliver cost‑effective, scalable solutions that support digital transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering;Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of infrastructure experience;5+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, virtualization, observability, source code, CICD, containers, networks, security.

Responsibilities

• Create and communicate a pioneering strategy for Infrastructure Development.
• Optimize engagement models for infrastructure services and improve digital employee experience.
• Champion innovation and drive automation and observability.
• Develop and execute cloud, edge, and on‑prem infrastructure strategies.
• Develop talent and lead an adaptive workforce amid AI and automation.
• Achieve operational excellence with cost optimization and resilient platforms.
• Define metrics and drive outcomes across the organization.
• Evaluate business value with KPI/Objectives and key results.
