Job summary

JLL is seeking a strategic senior leader to drive the API Management Platform strategy and operations in a cloud-first environment. You will oversee Azure and multi-cloud API ecosystems, align with product engineering, and steer governance, security, and reliability for enterprise endpoints.

You will lead a global team of engineers and administrators, negotiate with vendors, and ensure scalability and disaster recovery readiness across platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience including leadership of engineering teams.
• Deep hands-on familiarity with cloud environments and Azure APIM gateway deployment.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/IAM tools like Salesforce, SAP, Okta, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Direct API management governance, integration, and security for enterprise endpoints.
• Lead roll-out, maintenance, and upgrading of enterprise software solutions.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and system administrators; manage stakeholders globally.
