Job summary

JLL Technologies is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect & DevOps Leader to design end-to-end cloud solutions for our Data Platform. You will drive deployment automation, IaC, and engineering culture across Azure and AWS.

You will mentor a team of DevOps engineers, enforce security and reliability standards, and partner with data and security teams to deliver scalable, observable systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Cloud Architecture, DevOps, SRE, or related fields.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Proven, end-to-end enterprise cloud solution design.
• Hands-on disaster recovery (RTO/RPO) planning and testing.
• Deep CI/CD expertise across Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI.
• Strong ArgoCD/GitOps experience for declarative deployments.
• Broad Azure and AWS experience including networking, storage, and IAM.
• Proven Kubernetes (AKS) experience, multi-tenant clusters.
• Strong IaC skills: Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CloudFormation.
• Security and IAM fundamentals; cross-functional communication.
• Certs are a plus: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS SA, CKA, DR/BCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of end-to-end enterprise cloud solutions across Azure and AWS.
• Define disaster recovery strategies, including DR testing and failover planning.
• Architect deployment automation across cloud services and data platforms.
• Establish GitOps practices using ArgoCD and IaC across teams.
• Mentor DevOps and platform engineers; drive engineering culture.
• Collaborate with data, security, and network teams to ensure reliability.
