Job summary

JLL is seeking a senior product leader to own end-to-end strategy and delivery for our corporate real estate and facilities technology ecosystem. You will shape the product and integration roadmap, partner with leadership, and drive a cohesive stack across CMMS, workplace services, and enterprise platforms.

You will define what success looks like, influence cross-organizational teams, and build a self-improving flywheel that delivers measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or program management in enterprise environments.
• 10+ years blending product and program management to execute strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• Track record as a product manager or owner with feature delivery & tradeoffs.
• Portfolio of strategy documents with Director/VP approval.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product strategy and roadmap spanning CMMS and workplace systems.
• Establish and drive north-star metrics for technology investment success.
• Architect integration frameworks connecting facilities management and enterprise platforms.
• Model technology economics; develop ROI analyses and investment proposals.
• Identify and unblock blockers to technology adoption across the organization.
• Author strategic documents and secure cross-organizational alignment.
• Champion GenAI and analytics applications to accelerate impact.
