Working mainly remote with some in-person attendance in Texas, the ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree and a passion for gender justice. A competitive salary of $73,999-$89,999 is offered along with flexible work hours and unlimited Paid Time Off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in professional fundraising.
• Experience supervising and supporting team members.
• Track record of cultivating and securing major gifts at the $10,000+ level.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual plan and short- and long-term strategies for fundraising.
• Maintain development policies, systems, and procedures.
• Manage fundraising activities and campaigns.
