EMPath is seeking a Senior Director of Development to lead the organization’s fundraising strategy, including major gifts, grants, annual giving, and partnerships. You will manage a small team and cultivate high-net-worth donor relationships, working closely with senior leadership to meet revenue goals.

The role is based in Boston, MA, with a 4-day workweek hybrid model requiring two days in the office at 308 Congress Street and two days remote, offering competitive healthcare, tuition

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of frontline major gift fundraising experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships with funders at high levels.
• Strong writing and communication skills; capable of leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EMPath’s comprehensive fundraising strategy across major gifts, grants, annual giving, and corporate partnerships.
• Meet annual and multi-year revenue goals and oversee grant applications and reporting.
• Manage a small advancement team and maintain donor communications and stewardship.
