Job summary

Awin is seeking a senior engineering leader to own the end-to-end developer experience and platform strategy at scale. You will drive AI-native engineering practices, modernise the cloud platform on AWS, and lead the tooling that enables engineers to ship reliable software.

You will champion data-driven DevEx improvements, collaborate with product and security teams, and lead organisation-wide change programmes to maximise productivity and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in developer experience or platform teams.
• Strong hands-on software engineering background (Java/TypeScript).
• Experience building developer tools, CI/CD pipelines, and tooling ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI-driven software development and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the DevEx strategy, roadmap, and tooling.
• Lead AI-native development rollout and enablement programs across teams.
• Oversee cloud platform standardisation, cost management, and FinOps practices.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams across distributed locations.
