Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a single‑threaded leader to own an AI‑forward design system end‑to‑end. You will guide vision, roadmap, and delivery, leading PMs, SDEs, MLEs, and front‑end engineers with AAIS UX design.

The role centers on human‑AI interaction, humorphism, and adoption as a first‑class concern across teams. You’ll partner with the design leader, manage cross‑functional stakeholders, and shape long‑lead investments in agents, MCPs, and multimodal interfaces.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical product management with strong leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in design systems, front‑end engineering, or developer platforms.
• Track record shipping developer‑facing SDKs, libraries, or platform products.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the design system, balancing adoption and architecture.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of PMs, SDEs, MLEs, and designers to deliver outcomes.
• Partner with UX to ensure design coherence and a strong human‑AI interaction layer.
• Drive platform adoption through incremental delivery and research‑backed decisions.
• Set governance for prioritization, release cadence, and design tokens.
