Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Head of Design — Agentic Experience to lead the design of AI-powered products that enable professionals to collaborate confidently and effectively with AI agents. This role shapes intuitive, trustworthy experiences that make AI reasoning, confidence, evidence, and human oversight transparent and actionable.

As a founding design leader within the AI Product Management & Design organization, you will work hands-on with product managers, engineers, and subject matter

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product design experience, including AI-powered or agentic products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design capabilities, especially in AI trust and transparency.
• Experience translating research findings into design requirements and measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of AI-powered product experiences from concept to production.
• Define and implement interaction principles and design standards for AI reasoning and evidence transparency.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and SMEs to align requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct user research with firm practitioners to inform design improvements.
• Develop scalable design systems, components, and interaction patterns across AI products.
• Provide hands-on design leadership and mentor future design team members.
