Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Head of Design — Agentic Experience to lead the design of AI-powered products enabling professionals to collaborate with AI agents. You will shape intuitive, trustworthy experiences that make AI reasoning, confidence, evidence, and human oversight transparent and actionable.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive product design experience, incl. AI-powered or agentic products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design capabilities and trust in AI.
Experience with human–AI interaction, AI reasoning, confidence indicators and workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead Agentic Product Design end-to-end from concepts to production launch and improvement.
Define interaction principles and design standards for AI reasoning and transparency.
Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture and SMEs to align requirements.
Conduct user research to translate findings into design improvements.
Develop scalable design systems and reusable components.
Design feedback and correction mechanisms for AI outputs.
Prototype using modern tools, including AI-assisted technologies.
Provide hands-on leadership, mentorship and set quality standards.
