Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive product design experience, including AI-powered or agentic products in production environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design capabilities, particularly in AI trust, transparency, evidence presentation, human oversight, and UX quality.
• Experience in human–AI interaction design, including AI reasoning, confidence indicators, provenance, review-and-approval workflows, escalation, and failure states.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to design and deliver products within cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to design intuitive solutions for expert users in complex, highly regulated environments.
• Experience establishing scalable design standards, reusable interaction patterns, and lightweight design systems across multiple products.
• Strong proficiency with modern product design and prototyping tools, including AI-assisted/agentic technologies.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterative design validation with measurable improvements.
• Strong technical aptitude to translate AI capabilities into practical user experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently and mentor emerging design talent.

• Lead end-to-end design of AI-powered product experiences from concept to launch and iteration.
• Define interaction principles and standards for AI reasoning, confidence indicators, and evidence transparency.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and subject matter experts to align requirements and capabilities.
• Conduct user research to understand workflows and translate findings into design improvements.
• Develop scalable design systems, components, and patterns for a growing AI product portfolio.
• Design feedback/correction mechanisms to improve AI outputs while supporting continual learning.
• Prototype with AI-assisted tools to quickly test and refine high-fidelity designs.
• Provide design leadership, set quality standards, and mentor other designers.
• Support strategic initiatives and contribute to AI product strategy.
