Qualifications

10+ years of progressive product design experience, including AI-powered or agentic products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating AI trust, transparency, and user-centric workflows.
Experience in human–AI interaction design, including escalation and review workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design of AI-powered product experiences from concept to production.
Define interaction principles and standards for AI reasoning and transparency.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and subject‑matter experts to align requirements.
Conduct user research and translate findings into design improvements.
Develop scalable design systems and reusable components for AI products.
