Zusammenfassung

Filecoin Foundation operates as a fully remote organization, seeking a senior growth leader to own demand, pipeline, and revenue execution. You will build the system, run it initially, and scale when revenue justifies it, working directly with executives in the Filecoin ecosystem and our GTM Enterprise Growth Lead.

You will define ICPs, sharpen positioning, and drive inbound and outbound demand, with a focus on integration-led growth and marketplace traction across ecosystems.

Qualifikationen

• 8-12+ years in B2B infrastructure, cloud, storage, AI/ML, or developer tools.
• Built pipeline from zero in an early-stage environment.
• Comfortable selling technical infrastructure.
• Strong operator - you measure before you scale.
• Experience with marketplaces and integration-led growth is a plus.
• Scrappy, analytical, low-ego, high-ownership.

Aufgaben

• Generate Commercial Pipeline with our Enterprise Growth Lead (Hands-On).
• Close & support revenue with the GTM team.
• Own and build the commercial function with phased hiring.
• Drive ecosystem & marketplace traction through integrations.
• Operationalize partnership revenue and forecastable pipeline.
