Filecoin Foundation is seeking a first commercial growth senior hire to scale our go-to-market efforts. You will own demand generation, pipeline, and revenue execution, working directly with executives in the Filecoin ecosystem.

This role is hands-on, scrappy, and focused on building from zero, with direct collaboration with the GTM Enterprise Growth Lead to define and execute revenue strategy.

Formación

• 8-12+ years in B2B infrastructure, cloud, storage, AI/ML, or developer tools.
• Built pipeline from zero in an early-stage environment.
• Comfortable selling technical infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Generate commercial pipeline with the Enterprise Growth Lead (Hands-On).
• Close and support revenue with the GTM team; run enterprise conversations.
• Own and build the commercial function; scale when demand grows.
• Drive ecosystem and marketplace traction; ship integrations and get listed on marketplaces.
• Operationalize partnership revenue; migrate customers, retain revenue.
