Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise demand planning, forecasting, and consensus planning across the business.

You will own the monthly Demand Review, S&OP, and Integrated Business Planning processes; supervise a high-performing team and foster development across the organization. The role focuses on optimizing inventory and working capital while balancing service levels, supply constraints, and growth priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years in leadership.
• Alternatively, high school diploma with 13+ years of experience and 8+ years in leadership.
• Must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise demand planning and statistical forecasting.
• Own and improve the monthly Demand Review, S&OP, and Integrated Business Planning processes.
• Recruit, coach, and develop the Demand Planning and S&OP organization.
• Optimize inventory and working capital while balancing service, constraints, and growth.
• Lead inventory planning for new products, promotions, seasonal programs, and portfolio changes.
• Develop strategic supplier planning and CPFR partnerships that improve forecast visibility, replenishment, and supply continuity.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
