Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a senior Demand Planning and S&OP leader to drive enterprise demand planning, forecast enrichment, and consensus planning. The role will own the monthly Demand Review and IBP processes while building a high-performing planning team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in demand planning with 6+ years in leadership, plus experience optimizing inventory and partnering on CPFR initiatives. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years of leadership.
• Post-offer background and drug test required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise demand planning, forecasting, and consensus planning.
• Own monthly Demand Review, S&OP, and Integrated Business Planning processes.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing Demand Planning and S&OP organization.
• Optimize inventory and working capital while balancing service, constraints, and growth.
• Lead inventory planning for new products, promotions, seasonal programs, and portfolio changes.
• Develop supplier planning and CPFR partnerships to improve forecast visibility and replenishment.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Job description

Location: Flexible, with preferred locations including Chicago, IL; Ashland, VA; Pompano Beach, FL; Phoenix, AZ; and Huntington Beach, CA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise demand planning, statistical forecasting, commercial forecast enrichment, and consensus planning
• Own and continuously improve the monthly Demand Review, Executive S&OP, and Integrated Business Planning processes
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing Demand Planning and S&OP organization
• Optimize inventory and working capital while balancing service expectations, supply constraints, and growth priorities
• Lead inventory planning for new products, promotions, seasonal programs, and portfolio changes
• Develop strategic supplier planning and CPFR partnerships that improve forecast visibility, replenishment, and supply continuity
• Travel up to 25%
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 13 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience
• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree
