Ensora Health is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to build and lead the engine that drives pipeline for our healthcare SaaS products. This hands-on leadership role requires GTM and PLG expertise, with a focus on SMB and velocity markets, where speed and conversion matter.

You will report to the General Manager and partner with Sales to align targets and handoffs, while optimizing HubSpot and Salesforce for lead quality and attribution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing.
• Lead a SaaS demand gen program with measurable pipeline impact.
• Experience adapting demand generation for SMB and velocity markets.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Proven AI-driven growth initiatives with tangible results.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design programs for SMB and velocity motions balancing volume and cost per lead.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, events, content, and partners.
• Collaborate with sales for targeting, scoring, routing, and pipeline goals.
• Drive GEO/LLM visibility strategies and AI-powered optimization.
• Manage budget and optimize ROI across channels.
