Ensora Health is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to build and run the pipeline engine for our healthcare SaaS products. This hands-on leadership role requires experience in SaaS demand generation, GTM and PLG, and adapting activities for SMB and velocity markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in demand generation or digital marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong GTM and PLG experience, including trial/freemium/self-serve to paid conversions.
• Healthcare IT or behavioral health experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and execute a demand generation strategy aligning with GTM goals.
• Design demand programs for SMB and velocity motions.
• Lead campaigns across digital, paid, email, events, content, and partner channels.
• Partner with the AVP of Sales on audiences, scoring, routing, and pipeline goals.
• Improve HubSpot and Salesforce for lead quality, attribution, and reporting.
• Use data to test, measure, and optimize performance and ROI.
• Integrate AI to speed up content creation, testing, reporting, and workflows.
• Develop GEO/LLM visibility strategies to boost AI-driven brand discovery.
• Own the demand gen budget and allocate resources to high-ROI channels.
• Collaborate with product marketing and customer success for aligned messaging and lifecycle programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team while contributing to strategy and analysis.
