Zusammenfassung

Qevlar AI is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to build a scalable pipeline engine for a cybersecurity AI platform. You will own the pipeline, drive inbound growth, and architect signal-based activation using AI tools and a robust martech stack.

You’ll work with product marketing, content, and field teams to create repeatable demand programs, optimize website conversions, and manage AI-powered discovery. NYC hybrid/remote work available.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading demand generation or growth marketing in B2B with enterprise/technical buyers.
• Track record shifting pipeline toward inbound via SEO, CRO, and organic content.
• Demonstrated use of AI and signal-based tools in demand gen (intent data, enrichment platforms, AI content/tools).
• Strong understanding of AI/LLM discoverability and buyer behavior in AI-assisted research.
• Deep expertise in marketing automation and CRM within a martech stack.

Aufgaben

• Own the pipeline number and build a signal-driven demand model linking channel investment to pipeline and revenue globally.
• Shift pipeline mix toward inbound, growing website-originated demand.
• Develop a scalable AI-driven demand engine using intent data and account signals.
• Own website CRO and conversational experiences in partnership with content.
• Lead ABM programs with Sales to prioritize target accounts around real buying signals.
• Manage lifecycle, scoring, routing, and re-engagement for long, technical sales cycles.
• Oversee SEO and martech stack, including marketing automation and CRM integration.
• Oversee events/field marketing with post-event nurture and measurable pipeline impact.
• Report on CAC, pipeline coverage, and marketing-sourced revenue; run experiments.
