Urrly, Inc. seeks a hands-on Delivery/PMO leader to run a ~40-person organization, owning staffing, capacity, and delivery performance. You will partner with the CEO on strategy, growth, and acquisition integration, driving utilization, margins, and scalable operations.
You will report to the CEO and help shape pricing, investment, and operating goals while leading future integration across systems and delivery practices. A strong operating background in professional services is essential.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of operating leadership with accountability for teams and financial results.
- Fluency in utilization, capacity, hours billed, budgets, pricing, and margins.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Delivery/PMO leader and Capability Leads across ~40 staff.
- Build staffing, capacity, delivery reviews, escalations, resource allocation, portfolio performance.
- Create visibility into delivery economics by project, capability, and person.
- Improve utilization, hours billed, budgets, and contract achievement.
- Review scopes, budgets, and pricing before commitments.
- Make final allocation decisions when issues cannot be resolved.
