Job summary

Urrly is seeking a hands-on COO-level leader to run and scale the delivery engine across ~40 professionals. You will own staffing, utilization, budgets, and contract performance, and influence a majority of company revenue as part of the senior leadership team.

This role emphasizes operating discipline, measurable improvements in margin, and the productization of repeatable services. Prior M&A integration and PSA/ERP experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operating leadership with accountability for teams, delivery quality, staffing, and financial results.
• Fluency in utilization, capacity, hours billed, budgets, scopes, contracts, pricing, and margin.
• Experience building, fixing, scaling, or improving real operating environments with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery leadership and operating cadence across ~40 consultants, PMs, and specialists.
• Drive staffing, capacity, utilization, budgets, and portfolio performance.
• Provide executive sponsorship for major accounts and lead post-acquisition integrations.
