Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Head of Delivery to own the strategy and execution of customer delivery for complex technical solutions. This remote role partners with Sales and Solutions Architects to ensure smooth transitions from sale to production and measurable outcomes.

You will lead a cross-functional delivery organization, balance hands-on technical work with leadership, and design scalable processes to improve customer success while shaping the future of cutting-edge computer vision deployments.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in customer-facing technical delivery or similar roles in a software company
• Deep technical expertise with the ability to collaborate with engineers on complex issues
• Hands-on leadership style with active involvement in both team and customer work
• Experience managing complex implementations from proof of concept to production

• Lead and scale the Delivery organization, including Implementation and Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
• Work directly with customers on complex deployments and technical discussions.
• Develop repeatable frameworks for implementation and deployment processes.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Architects to support successful customer transitions from sale to production.
• Establish metrics for implementation success and drive improvements in customer outcomes.
• Build scalable solutions through people, processes, and tools rather than simply increasing headcount.
• Hire and develop a high-performing team of engineers with strong customer instincts.

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This leader will own the strategy and execution of customer delivery for complex technical solutions, guiding implementations from proof of concept through production. The role is highly cross-functional, partnering closely with Sales and Solutions Architects to ensure smooth customer transitions and measurable success. It also combines hands-on technical engagement with team leadership, process design, and scalable operational improvement.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
