Job summary

Rula is hiring a data-driven analytics professional to power decision-making across product pods. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to generate insights that shape the product roadmap through data-driven recommendations.

You will translate questions into actionable research plans, explore data proactively, and communicate results effectively. You will model feature impact and drive experiments to evaluate launches, improving provider experience and marketplace

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics or data science experience, with 2+ years in product analytics.
• Strong understanding of product analytics metrics and translating them into actionable insights.
• Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, deployment, and interpretation.
• Advanced technical expertise with modern data stacks (dbt, Airflow) and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex).
• Ability to work with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytical engine behind data-driven decision-making across product pods.
• Partner with senior leaders in Product, Data Engineering, Finance, Clinical, and Operations to shape product roadmap insights.
• Translate broad questions into actionable research and discovery plans.
• Perform proactive data exploration to identify actionable insights and communicate results compellingly.
• Model the impact of new features, determine success criteria, and drive experimentation to evaluate launches.
• Grow the platform by improving provider experience, quality, and marketplace balance.
