Job summary

Rula is seeking a Senior Product Analytics role that will drive data-informed decisions across Product pods. You will partner with teams across Data Engineering, Finance, Clinical, and Operations to generate insights shaping the product roadmap and feature launches.

As an analytical engine, you translate broad questions into actionable plans, perform proactive exploration, and communicate results compellingly. This remote-first role balances work-life with US-based teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or data science with 2+ years in product analytics.
• Deep understanding of product analytics metrics and translating them into insights.
• Experience with A/B testing: design, deployment, interpretation.
• Expertise with modern data stacks (dbt, Airflow) and visualization (Looker, Tableau, Hex).
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into research plans and conduct proactive data exploration.
• Partner with Product, Data Engineering, Finance, Clinical and Operations to shape product roadmap.
• Model feature impact, define success criteria, and run experiments to evaluate launches.
