Job summary

Linktree is seeking a hands-on Head of Data Science to lead our data science and analytics org from vision to delivery. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, the Leadership Team, and other stakeholders, and will both set strategy and roll up your sleeves to drive a fast moving, AI-enabled product and growing data science organization.

You will build the data science foundations behind forecasting, empower self-service insights, and mentor senior leaders while evangelizing

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data science, ML, or analytics.
• 5+ years leading managers or directors in fast-paced environments.
• Experience designing large-scale data/AI products with measurable impact.
• Transform organisational culture to data-driven decision making with self-service insights.
• Deep technical expertise in data science, statistics, and ML/AI; partner with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company-wide data science strategy end-to-end.
• Build foundations for forecasting and accountability frameworks.
• Advance AI-powered product with a differentiated value proposition.
• Lead deep-dives and cross-team design discussions when needed.
