- 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years leading teams.
- Proven track record building high-performing platform/infrastructure teams.
- Strong grounding in SRE practices at scale and capacity planning.
- Ability to influence and align across multiple engineering groups.
Responsibilities
- Stand up and lead a data platform enablement team across multiple domains.
- Define operating model, hire engineers, and shape org design as the charter matures.
- Own reliability, cost, and compliance outcomes across data platforms.
- Build end-to-end validation, health checks, and automated testing harnesses.
- Establish executive narrative and cross-functional influence for platform-wide goals.
