Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an engineering leader to guide a growing team building foundational self-service infrastructure on a multi-cloud platform. You will drive architecture, cost optimization, and platform reliability while collaborating across distributed teams.

You will mentor engineers, review design proposals, and help shape the roadmap for scalable, AI-enabled infrastructure that accelerates product development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, Salt or similar).
• Experience with provisioning & orchestration tools (Pulumi, Terraform, Ansible, Temporal or similar).
• Experience with immutable architectures and distributed systems design.
• Proficiency in Python or Go and software development fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing team of engineers focused on building quality platforms.
• Architect large-scale core infrastructure services for service teams at CrowdStrike.
• Participate in regular retros, capacity and planning meetings with your team.
• Lead design reviews, drive product roadmap planning and cloud cost optimization.
