Qualifikationen
- 12+ years in data platform or related roles (leadership preferred).
- Experience with enterprise-scale data platforms and cloud-native services.
- Strong knowledge of data ingestion, governance, and security.

- Define and drive multi-year engineering strategy for data platforms and BI enablement.
- Lead teams across Snowflake, BigQuery, Dataproc, Dataflow, and IDMC to deliver scalable solutions.
