Qualifications

• 8+ years leading commercial dealmaking in data, licensing, or partnerships.
• Experience across multiple business models and industries.
• Fluent in data rights, IP, and licensing terms; collaborates with Legal.
• Proven track record of post-signature partnerships and value creation.
• Experience building and leading autonomous teams in ambiguous mandates.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for data supply, sourcing, and commercial terms.
• Source and qualify data holders; manage end-to-end funnel.
• Lead end-to-end negotiations at executive level.
• Define standards, pricing frameworks, and metrics for the function.
• Advise leadership on market dynamics and opportunities.
