Job summary

Snorkel AI seeks a Director of Expert Supply Growth to build and lead the engine that brings high-quality experts into Snorkel’s AI Expert Network. This hybrid role (3 days/week in office) is based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY, with end-to-end supply acquisition responsibility across channels, partnerships, and staffing partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in growth, marketplace or talent supply, workforce acquisition, partnerships, recruiting, or operations, including 5+ years leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term expert acquisition strategy and build a differentiated base of expert networks and partnerships.
• Own the end-to-end supply growth strategy translating demand into targets by skill, geography and timing.
• Lead the channel portfolio across paid acquisition, recruiting, referrals, partnerships, and staffing partners.
• Own growth metrics, CAC targets, attribution, and cost optimization across channels.
• Develop industry and higher-education partnerships and expand BPO/vendor collaborations.
• Own the growth scorecard and the full acquisition funnel, coordinating with multiple teams to remove friction.
