Snorkel AI, Inc. seeks a founding AI Data Product Manager to own the Agentic Data and RL Environments roadmap, shaping data strategies across research, GTM and operations with researchers and academic partners.

You will set up frameworks to build the roadmap, gather data from diverse sources, and communicate plans to internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing data-as-a-product and scalable datasets.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years shaping technical roadmaps with researchers as stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and 0→1 product setups.
• Fluency in AI/ML topics, especially frontier agentic workflows and RL environments.
• 8+ years in product management with senior ownership of roadmaps (or 6+ years with PhD/research ML).
• Proven track record delivering datasets, benchmarks, evals, or annotation pipelines as a product.

Responsibilities

• Own the data roadmap for Agentic and RL Environment focus areas across research, academic partners, and GTM.
• Define and shape new data product areas to build Snorkel's market edge.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to influence data strategy and business decisions.
