Snorkel AI is seeking a Director of Data Partnerships to own the supply side of our data partnerships end-to-end, sourcing private data, building the partner pipeline, and structuring agreements. The role is external-facing, entrepreneurial, and will drive top-of-funnel opportunities into real business value.

You will source, qualify, and negotiate directly, manage the funnel, and advise leadership on market dynamics and strategy as Snorkel builds a high-impact data supply function.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years in commercial dealmaking, data or content licensing, or complex contracting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; credible with leadership and partners.
• Experience building and leading teams with ownership and autonomy.
• Strong point of view on the AI training and evaluation data market.
• Solid analytical and quantitative skills; able to defend valuation assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Own the data partnerships funnel end-to-end from sourcing to close.
• Lead executive-level negotiations and structure commercial terms.
• Partner with Legal on sublicensing and critical terms.
• Scale the program, hire capabilities, and set standards and metrics.
