Snorkel AI is hiring a Director of Expert Supply Growth to lead end-to-end acquisition of high-quality experts for its AI Expert Network. The role is hybrid (3 days in office) in San Francisco or New York, overseeing channels, partnerships, and vendor relationships to scale supply and activate work.

You will build a team, define CAC targets, and create durable systems to source, qualify, and activate experts across domains, geographies, and partner networks.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in growth, marketplace or talent supply roles.
• Experience scaling supply-side talent networks.
• Proven multi-channel growth leadership and trade-offs.
• Strong analytical, attribution and decision-making skills.
• Proven partnerships with professional associations, universities, or staffing firms.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute long-term expert acquisition strategy.
• Own end-to-end supply growth across channels and partners.
• Lead channel portfolio including referrals, community and partnerships.
• Manage CAC targets and optimize channel economics.
• Develop industry and higher-education partnerships.
• Oversee BPO/vendor portfolio and contracts.
• Build growth scorecard with activation, quality and retention metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to smooth sourcing, qualification, and activation.
• Diagnose performance gaps and drive data-informed actions.
• Hire and coach the team responsible for growth levers.
