LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Acquisition to lead identification, evaluation, and onboarding of external data sources for phone intelligence and mobile identity solutions. You will build relationships with data suppliers and coordinate across product, analytics, legal, compliance, finance, and technology teams to drive initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Risk Management, preferred.
• Minimum 9 years related work experience.
• Expertise in mobile identity and phone intelligence at a global scale.
• Experience with mobile network operators, data sourcing, and partner ecosystems.
• Understanding regulatory requirements across countries governing phone numbers and data.
• Experienced in contract negotiations with external partners and suppliers.
• Experience managing multiple external data/vendor relationships and related P&L.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong research and financial analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of external data sources for phone intelligence and mobile identity solutions.
• Identify new market opportunities and data partnerships to differentiate products.
• Build and manage relationships with data suppliers; coordinate the acquisition lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, legal, compliance, finance, and tech teams.
• Drive due diligence, data evaluations, and onboarding to meet requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and assist with contract development with legal and business stakeholders.
• Oversee transition of new data assets from evaluation to implementation.
• Monitor supplier performance and governance; address renewals and contract decisions.
• Develop clear business cases and status updates for prioritization and executive decisions.
• Ensure all acquisition activities align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
