Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Risk Management.
• Minimum 9 years related work experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in mobile identity and phone intelligence at a global scale.
• Established relationships with mobile network operators and data partners.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements across multiple countries.

Responsabilités

• Lead identification, evaluation, and acquisition of external data sources for phone intelligence and mobile identity.
• Build and manage relationships with data suppliers and coordinate the acquisition lifecycle.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess opportunities and advance initiatives.
• Drive due diligence, data evaluations, and onboarding to meet compliance requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract development with legal and business stakeholders.
• Oversee onboarding of new data assets from evaluation to implementation.
