Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks a Senior Manager, Data Acquisition to lead external data sourcing for mobile identity and phone intelligence on a global scale. You will manage critical data-provider relationships and collaborate with product, analytics, legal, compliance, and finance teams to drive onboarding and governance across regions.

The role demands 9+ years of experience, strong negotiation and vendor-management capabilities, and deep regulatory understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Risk Management (preferred).
• Minimum 9 years related work experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in mobile identity and phone intelligence at a global scale.
• Established relationships with data suppliers, mobile operators, and telco ecosystems.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements across multiple countries and industries.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms with external partners and suppliers.
• Experience managing multiple external data/vendor relationships and P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of external data sources that support business strategy and product priorities for phone intelligence and mobile identity solutions.
• Identify new market opportunities and data partnerships to strengthen product differentiation and growth.
• Build and manage relationships with data suppliers, coordinating the acquisition lifecycle.
• Partner across product, analytics, legal, compliance, finance, and technology teams to assess opportunities and advance initiatives.
• Drive supplier due diligence, data evaluations, and onboarding to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract development with legal and business stakeholders.
• Oversee smooth transition of new data assets from evaluation through implementation and operational handoff.
• Monitor supplier performance and governance, addressing renewals and contract-related decisions.
• Develop clear business cases and executive updates to support prioritization and decisions.
• Ensure all acquisition activities align with internal policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.
